ACM will be hosting Winterfest on this Friday, 2/27 in the Gates Commons on the 6th Floor of the Allen Center.
Doors will open at 7 pm, and we will begin cleaning up around 10 pm.
This event is FREE for ACM members, and $6 at the door for non-members.
You can also choose to join ACM on the spot for $8 and attend ACM events for free.
If you have a game you want to play, bring it with you . . . and ACM will have some on hand ready to go, too.
Come get your free pizza and drinks!!

“All this week we will have events sponsored by Yahoo! This is the brainchild of Rasmus Lerdorf, the creator of PhP, who will be here all week along with other Yahoo engineers. HEY! UW CSE!
Yahoo! is sponsoring a 24-hour programming competition, preceded by a
week of tech talks on Yahoo! technologies! Tech talks each night will
be in the CSE Atrium with speakers like Rasmus Lerdorf, inventor of
PHP!
The overnight programming competition will start next Friday
afternoon, with teams of up to 4 members. You can code up whatever you
want, using whatever technology you want - may the coolest hack win!
