ACM Newsletter 10/03/2016

ACM | University of Washington

Weekly Newsletter!
That may or may not be weekly…
New for this year, ACM is announcing Associate Officers!
This is an opportunity not only to develop your leadership skills and get more involved with the department,
but also to pad your project portfolio and make new friends. Associate Officers will be helping plan and
organize social and technical events, work on technical projects that directly serve your peers (such as SnackOverflow).
We encourage any motivated applicant who wants to learn or take on a new challenge to apply. No
prior experience necessary, just tell us what you want to do.

For Everybody in 311
Are you still trying to figure out why in the world TAs are circling a new UW CSE student in a secret room in the Paul Allen basements?
Spouting propositional logic?
Well, we aren’t allowed to give you the solution to that one. As a consolidation, here is a picture of a rabbit in a box to make you feel better.
Because at least you aren’t trying to prove the deterministic locatability of a jumping magic rabbit in a series of boxes.
