- Mon Jan 18: CSE application opens
- Mon Jan 25: CSE application closes
- Wed Feb 10: Exchange offers sent
- Wed Feb 24: Student deadline to confirm they will go on their exchange
- March 1: Exchange participant names due to UW Study Abroad
