Tuesdays from 6:30pm – 9:30pm.
From Adam Blank:
CSE 390P (Programming for Fun and Competition) is a new course designed to teach competition programming. It’s intended for:
* students who are new to programming competitions,
* students who already enjoy programming competitions, and
* students who have no intention of doing a programming competition, but want to solve difficult programming problems
* students who want to solve problems in preparation for interviews (programming competition problems are usually harder versions of interview questions)
Each week students will be given a new problem set and potentially a short lecture on a useful topic. The course will be
CR/NC, and solving problems in class will be enough to get credit.
