Hi everyone,
Several weeks ago, we posted some QR codes in the basement, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor bathrooms of the Paul Allen Center. If you saw one of these QR codes, whether or not you chose to scan it, we’d like to ask you some follow-up questions as part of our research study. The goal of our study is to learn how frequently and why people scan (or don’t scan) QR codes posted in different public locations.
If you’re willing, please take our quick survey here: https://catalyst.uw.edu/webq/survey/franzi/239921
This survey is voluntary, anonymous, and should take you about 5-10 minutes. You may terminate the survey at any time or skip any questions that you do not want to answer.
If you have any questions or concerns, or feel you have been harmed as a result of your participation in any part of this study, please feel free to contact any of us. If you have any questions about your rights as a subject in this study, you can call the Human Subjects Division at (206) 543-0098.
Thank you!
