The College of Engineering scholarship application for the 2013-2014 academic year will open on Monday April 1. The application will close on May 1 at 5pm.

CSE takes scholarship applications twice per year. You should apply during this application period if:
- You are a Computer Engineering major. CSE only has two awards to give out this application cycle, given to us by the College of Engineering with the requirement that only CE students are eligible to receive them.
- You wish to be considered for College of Engineering awards: http://www.engr.washington.edu/curr_students/studentprogs/emergingleaders.html (CE and CS majors eligible, be sure to select “College of Engineering” when applying).
The bulk of the 2013-2014 CSE scholarships are awarded during the summer application period (Aug 1-Aug 20). So if you don’t receive an award this round, don’t worry. You have a second chance!
Emerging Leaders in Engineering Scholarships
Additionally, the College of Engineering’s Emerging Leaders Scholarships have a separate application process (please note this is different from last year). Emerging Leaders in Engineering Scholarships are awarded to students who are selected to participate in the Emerging Leaders in Engineering Program. The Program is designed to help undergraduate engineering students develop their leadership abilities through practical experience and personal reflection.
