Scholarship Opportunities from the Office of Merit Scholarships & Awards!

The start of fall quarter always brings with it a flood of scholarship opportunities for students. The Office of Merit Scholarships, Fellowships & Awards helps UW undergraduates (all campuses) develop the skills and personal insights necessary to pursue scholarships appropriate to their goals, provides information about searching for scholarships, and information about specific national scholarships.

We have a large number of scholarship information sessions and workshops coming up in October, including but not limited to:

Information sessions on the Truman, Udall, Goldwater, Carnegie Jr. Fellows, Merage American Dream, Critical Language and Boren Scholarships
Workshops on searching for undergraduate scholarships and graduate fellowships (for undergrads), CV Writing and Personal Statement Writing

Please share and/or post the attached handout with undergraduate students. Additional details and information about all the scholarships and workshops listed are available on our website at http://www.washington.edu/students/ugrad/scholar/.

Undergraduate students are also welcome to connect with us on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/pages/Office-of-Merit-Scholarships-Fellowships-Awards/17924742843)and/or join our e-mail list (https://mailman2.u.washington.edu/mailman/listinfo/scholarships).

Thank you,
