Come play softball in the summer!

Come play softball in the summer!

I sent this out two weeks ago and already have some great responses. So far we have 7 guys and 5 girls, and we definitely need more as not everyone can make it to every game and summer has many temptations. Thanks to everyone who’s already joined the team and if you have just finished your last final exam/project today, perhaps you would want to consider spending 2 hours a week playing softball with us? 🙂

The registration is due June 23th and game starts on week of June 28th. I’ll probably go register next week, but you can join on the team any time before the 2nd game (week of July 5th I believe). And even though it’s a league and there’s competition, all that is required to join the team is the urge to hit a ball and run.

Send me an email if you’re interested or have questions. Happy summer everyone!

Game starts June 28. I’m organizing the co-rec team, so the game times are either Mon, Tue, or Thu with two available times, 5:15PM or 6:30PM. We need as many girls and guys as we can and I assure you it’ll be worth playing. The weather is going to be great, you’ll get to hit, run, shout, scream, jump, roll, flip, maybe fly, and most importantly, you don’t have to do research for at least 2 hours a week 🙂

If you can’t make the game times but still want to play, we’ll be planning batting cages and field practice on weekends. Just let me know if you’re interested.
