[ACM] Winter Ball: Red Carpet Edition!

Join us for a DAZZLING, MAGICAL night at ACM’s Winter Ball: Red Carpet Edition! ✨🎥🎬 Dress to the nines for an enchanting  evening full of night of live music, dancing, delicious food, and photos galore!

Who?
Students must be in CSE, an ACM member, AND Snack Overflow debt free to attend.

What?
Winter Ball is a semi-formal event, so dress to impress! Because we understand that not everyone likes to dress up, everyone is welcome to attend regardless of attire.

When? February 8th 5:30PM – 8:00PM

Where? Allen Center Atrium. Come enjoy what could be your LAST winter ball in CSE1!

RSVP’s:
RSVP’s for all attendees are mandatory and registration will be done on eventbrite. Please save the QR code you receive in the email as we will be scanning your QR code before entry.

Attendees can purchase $12 tickets for their +1’s on Eventbrite as well.

Additional Instructions:

  • This event is free for ACM members and $12 for their +1s. If you are unsure whether you are a member, you can RSVP first and we will follow up with you.
  • All attendees must have no Snack Overflow debt. Please swipe your card in the ACM lounge to check your account balance. If your balance is below zero, Venmo @uwacm or use the cash box. After you have cleared your debt, update your account manually using the kiosk.
  • If you are 21+ and would like to access the beer garden, please bring your government-issued ID for check-in.
  • ACM is committed to ensuring that all CSE events are accessible for all students and is happy to arrange disability accommodations for students (with advanced notice).
