Archana Ramesh, a Data Scientist at Microsoft will introduce audience members to the basics of what makes a data scientist and the growing demand for data scientists across tech and non-tech industries. She will share examples from the industry, spurious but fun correlations, and scary abuses today and on the horizon. Archana will talk about her experience working within the Microsoft Operating Systems Group’s core Data Science organization and how to put data science to practice.
