I am an organizer with the Seattle Give Camp. Seattle Give Camp is a weekend event where software developers, PMs, and designers come together to help charities. Seattle Give Camp could be good for your members. It allows them to give back to the community and also gives them a chance to work with experienced professionals, network, and have something to put on their resume. Also there will be some classes on real world topics such as Salesforce, CMS, and SEO.
