Just how do people build real software? How do students transition from learning in college to contributing to successful software products that are used by millions of people? Jeff Teper <http://www.microsoft.com/presspass/exec/teper/> has been at Microsoft for over 16 years and is the Vice President for Microsoft Office SharePoint Server, one of the fastest products to reach a billion dollars in Microsoft history. Join us as Jeff discusses the path from college grad to creating software products, the challenges with building software for millions of people, and the software engineering process.
