PhD student seeks a C++ tutor

A PhD candidate in College of Forest Resources contacted CSE advising seeking a C++ tutor for about 20 hours of work total in the coming months.  This position is paid. More details:Assist low-level C++ programmer get source code written to compile in Windows to compile in Linux.  Source code is relatively small, with about a dozen .cpp files.

Also looking for assistance in understanding the program flow.

Code requires access to C++ boost libraries, so experience with that would be a plus.  My guess is this is about 20 hours of work.

The person has “some reasonable C/C++ experience” but says he needs help “trying to implement and modify some code that is more complex than my experience. As a result I am looking for a “tutor” to help me get the code up and running and walk me through the program flow. ”

If interested, contact the CSE ugrad advisers, and we’ll pass along the contact info.
